All of our retreats are individually designed as a one on one experience that allows you to focus on your health issues with a Clinical Nutritionist. Your program is customized to meet your individual needs.

Your healing retreat begins with an individualized Health & Nutrition Assessment to review your medical history, symptoms and the foods you normally eat. You may choose to have this Assessment done prior to your Retreat via a phone consultation or an in-office appointment. The Assessment will give you excellent information to get you on the path to greater vitality, and it may help you to better plan a type of retreat that would be best for your condition.

Retreat package prices are outlined below, however your Sacred Space Retreat can be customized to the number of days & nights desired along with extra activities. After reviewing this information, a Retreat Coordinator is available to answer any questions and to make your reservation.

The intent for all healing retreats is for as much relaxing solitude and leisure as possible.
